In my recent work, I have led and contributed to high-impact instructional design and learning experience initiatives across government, healthcare, higher education, and enterprise environments. Serving as an instructional designer, team lead, and client point of contact, I have partnered closely with organizations such as AmeriCorps VISTA, TriWest/TRICARE, VA Health Connect, and NC State University to design, develop, and deliver scalable, learner-centered training solutions from concept through launch. My work spans the full instructional lifecycle—needs analysis, stakeholder alignment, curriculum and learning path design, content development, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement—and includes virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, microlearning, simulations, and faculty and workforce enablement. I collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, designers, developers, change management professionals, and leadership teams to translate complex systems, workflows, and goals into clear, engaging learning experiences that drive adoption and performance. This approach has resulted in measurable learner outcomes, consistently positive client feedback, and award-winning eLearning recognized with a Hermes Gold Creative Award.
