I served as Lead Instructional Designer for a monthly webinar series developed under a federal contract with AmeriCorps VISTA, overseeing end-to-end design and delivery within a structured nine-week development cycle. I led weekly design team meetings and collaborated closely with client representatives and cross-functional internal partners, including technical writers, subject matter experts, facilitators, content curators, and graphic designers. My responsibilities included developing learning objectives, content outlines, engagement activities, evaluation questions, and slide designs; contracting and coordinating with external subject matter experts and guest speakers; managing review and feedback cycles; scheduling and leading rehearsals; and ensuring full Section 508 compliance across all materials. I also supported live facilitation by assisting with Q&A during each 50-minute webinar and 10-minute discussion period, ensuring accurate timing, smooth delivery, and a high-quality learner experience.
