I lead instructional design projects through a structured, collaborative, and iterative process, guiding work from discovery through delivery while ensuring alignment, accessibility, and instructional quality. My approach includes facilitating stakeholder working sessions, coordinating cross-functional teams, designing curriculum structures and learning paths, and managing milestones across outlines, storyboards, iterative wireframes, and beta builds to deliver scalable, learner-centered eLearning. The following examples are nationally deployed, federally compliant eLearning courses supporting thousands of learners. Additional curriculum I developed for AmeriCorps VISTA included required member orientation, poverty education, organizational structure and project lifecycle training, and role-specific content. The resulting learning experiences demonstrated strong learner outcomes and client satisfaction and were recognized with a Hermes Gold Creative Award for excellence in instructional design.
